Victoria Church of the Nazarene recently held its final movie night of winter and thanked all those who helped make the events possible. The movie nights have connected area churches and leaders with the community through gospel presentations through the medium of film. The church also held a bazaar to raise funds which would be earmarked for special projects. In conjunction with the bazaar, there was also a raffle held for a handcrafted quilt made by Myrtle Cottle. The winner of the quilt was Charlotte Brockwell, above, of Victoria. The total amount raised from the bazaar and raffle was $430.
