Rites held for Sallie Mack Bagley Crawley

Sallie Mack Bagley Crawley of Kenbridge, Virginia was born April 14, 1935 in Lunenburg County, Virginia to George W. and Mary Frances Edmonds Bagley.
Sallie received her education in the Public Schools of Lunenburg County and Nottoway County.
Sallie was baptized at an early age at Oak Grove Baptist Church in Kenbridge, Virginia.
Sallie departed this life on Tuesday, March 8, 2016 at MCV Hospital in Richmond, Virginia after an extended illness.
Sallie leaves to cherish her memories: one son, Calvin Crawley, Sr. (Dora) Of Kenbridge, Virginia, one sister, Frances Barnes of Kenbridge, Virginia, six grandchildren, James Crawley III (Haruka) of Japan, Calvin Crawley, Jr. (Anissa) of Kenbridge, Virginia, Jeremy Crawley (Alicia) of Decatur, Georgia, Shakita Crawley (Avery) of Kenbridge, Virginia, Thomas Crawley (Keisha) of Norfolk, Virginia, and Jalisa Crawley (Leon) of Blackstone, Virginia, eleven great-grandchildren, three great great — grandchildren, one sister-in-law, Mittie Bagley of Dolphin, Virginia, one brother-in-law, James Marshall, Sr., of Blackstone, Virginia, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Sallie cherished the memory of her parents, George W. and Mary Frances Edmonds, Bagley, Her loving husband, James Crawley, Sr. one son James Crawley, Jr. seven brothers and six sisters all whom preceded her in death.
Sallie’s funeral was held Friday, March 11 at Oak Grove Baptist Church in Kenbridge. Sallie’s committal/interment was held at Falls Road Cemetery in Kenbridge. The eulogist was Pastor Walter Love.
