Undefeated and growing

The Kenston Forest School (KFS) varsity cross country girls team was undefeated this season and won the Virginia Commonwealth Conference (VCC) Championship for the second straight year, while a young KFS varsity boys team, with only one returning member, worked hard and finished strong at the VCC meet, improving throughout the season. Berkley Rose led the girls team with a personal record of seven minutes and 52 seconds per mile.
