Long and Foster Real Estate and Nicholls Auction Marketing Group celebrated the opening of its new office at 1808 Main St. in Victoria. They had been located in a smaller location since 2010. Lunenburg County Chamber of Commerce President Mel Payne, several of the Long and Foster Richmond staff and numerous local business leaders attended the ribbon cutting.

The festive occasion provided an opportunity to show off the expanded facility with many of the modern technologies that have been incorporated into the new office.

Payne said the new office was a great addition to the downtown business district and added to the Main Street’s curb appeal. He also said the growth in the chamber to more than 100 members was making the chamber a viable force for the business community and he was excited that, due to the chamber’s resurgence, many new activities were planned in the future.
