Accidents keep police busy

- At about 10 a.m. Thursday, a tractor-trailer hauling logs overturned behind Timmy’s Grocery in Victoria. No one was injured in the incident. Victoria Police Department responded to the scene.

At about 11 a.m., a vehicle struck a utility pole on Nottoway Boulevard in Victoria. The female driver of the vehicle was transported to the hospital.
At about 4 p.m., a two-vehicle accident summoned police and the Kenbridge Volunteer Fire Department on Route 40 between Kenbridge and Victoria. There’s no word on injuries from the crash.
