Dentist to retire

After nearly 41 years of service in dentistry Dr. Carroll Gee Jr. has announced that he is retiring May 3. After graduating from Central High School in Lunenburg County, Dr. Gee completed his undergraduate studies at Virginia State College in Petersburg. He then attended MCV in Richmond, where he obtained his doctorate in Dental Surgery in May 1977. He completed nearly two years of associateship in Richmond before locating here in Lunenburg County. He opened his office in June 1979 in the Kenbridge area of Lunenburg County.
“It has been my pleasure to serve the local community and surrounding counties for the past 39 years. I would like to thank each and every one of you for your continued support throughout the years. It was my desire to serve the community that I grew up in and in doing so it has been a blessing to me and my family. I look forward to pursuing other activities and enjoying time with family and friends.” Gee stated in a press release.
