Educational organization visits downtown Blackstone

Members and guests of the Delta Alpha Chapter of The Delta Kappa Gamma Society International recently toured Schwartz Tavern and the Robert Thomas Carriage Museum on a beautiful Saturday afternoon in Blackstone, under the guidance of Zachary Whitlow, Executive Director of Downtown Blackstone, Inc. Members of this honorary organization of key women educators hail primarily from Brunswick and Lunenburg Counties, with others from Mecklenburg and Nottoway.
