Wednesday forecast calls for snow flurries

Snow is in the forecast for Lunenburg, set to begin early Wednesday, according to reports from the National Weather Service (NWS) in Wakefield.
The NWS calls for a slight chance of snow or snow flurries beginning 1 a.m. Wednesday, with a chance of precipitation being 20 percent. Going into later Wednesday morning, the NWS calls for a chance of rain and snow showers before 1 p.m., “then a slight chance of rain showers between 1 p.m. and 4 p.m., then a slight chance of rain and snow showers after 4 p.m.”
The NWS calls for cloudy weather that will gradually become mostly sunny with a high near 41. Little to no snow accumulation is expected.
