Due to the closure of post offices and other federal offices on Wednesday, Dec. 5, in honor of former president George H.W. Bush, Lunenburg County will accept personal property and real estate taxes via mail that are postmarked on Thursday, Dec. 6. In-person deliverance of taxes Dec. 6 will be accepted.

Lunenburg’s treasurer’s offices will be open Dec. 5.
