Properties bought in Kenbridge

An unused processing plant on Kenbridge’s Main Street was recently bought by Joe Ragan for storage warehouses.
Pictured is LoweMart located at 303 Main St. in Kenbridge. While the property has been bought, the thrift store location will continue to operate as it had been.
Several properties along Kenbridge’s Main Street have recently been purchased.
Joe Ragan, with Maple Grove LLC and Fulerton Properties, confirmed the purchases.
He said the properties bought included the former Twigs & Berries location, the sites for Coffee’s Tax Service, Chuck’s Auto and the Lancaster Leaf properties, which included a former button factory and processing facility.
Ragan said he is in negotiation for the Twigs & Berries location to be operated as a nursery.
Coffee’s Tax Service and Chuck’s Auto will see no changes, and they will operate as usual with the original owners, Ragan said.
He said the Lancaster Leaf properties will be used as warehouse storage facilities that he will keep supplies in.
