Kyle E. Bailey of Victoria Boy Scout Troop 7538 completed his long anticipated accomplishment of achieving Eagle Scout on Nov. 3. According to Scout Master David Dalton, “Bailey was very dedicated in this completion. His Eagle Scout project involved the cleanup and restoration of the trail around the Town Reservoir at the VFW hall and building a real nice bridge on the new trail which leads to the Town Reservoir in Victoria. Kyle is a fine young man and will go far in his future endeavors.” The project was completed May 31.
