Frank Herman Lynch Jr., 67, of Victoria, Va. joined his wife Cheryl and his parents Frank, Sr. and Elvin Wilkins Lynch in Heaven on April 12, 2020. He is survived by his sons, Timothy Lynch (Shannon) and Christopher Lynch; grandchildren, Bryce and Shelby; his brother, Dennis Lynch (Theresa Snyder); nephew Kyle Lynch (Brittiany); his niece, Amber Ramaine (Jake) and his sidekick, William S. “Slinky” Irby.

Frank faithfully served his country in the US Navy and retired as a Master Chief. He enjoyed fishing, working on his car, airplanes, all sports and watching Kyle race. He loved all.

The family received friends Wednesday, April 15, from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Staples Funeral Home, Victoria. Graveside funeral services were held Thursday, April 16 at 11 a.m. in the Lakeview Cemetery, Victoria. In lieu of flowers, please consider memorial donations to the Victoria Fire and Rescue, P.O.
