The Lunenburg Circuit Court trial for a Green Bay man who is charged in connection to allegedly holding his wife hostage following during six-hour standoff at his home in

the 3700 block of Bethel Church Road in Lunenburg County has been continued to Jan. 9.

According to online court documents, Walter Thomas Dillard, 36, faces charges of malicious shoot or throwing at occupied building, capital murder of law enforcement officer, use firearm in felony first offense, use of firearm in felony second offense, abduct by force or intimidation, violent felon possession or transport of weapon and two cruelty or injure child charges.
