A 39-year-old Moonachie, New Jersey, man was charged with reckless driving following a single-vehicle crash shortly before 10:30 a.m. Monday near the intersection of Craig Mill Road and Plank Road in Lunenburg County.

According to Virginia State Police Public Relations Coordinator Susan Rowland, a 2018 Peterbilt tractor-trailer was traveling southbound on Route 637 when Carlos Y. Tovar lost control of the vehicle, which overturned onto its side.

“The vehicle traveled a short distance on its side before striking a tree and coming to rest in the roadway,” Rowland said. “No injuries resulted from the crash.”
