Sam Watson and Kirsten Snead were named December Co-op students of the month at Central High School.

Sam Watson is a senior and works as a lifeguard at the YMCA in Farmville. He plans to attend Lineman school in the fall. His Aquatics supervisor says “Samuel has really become part of the family here at the Southside YMCA. His great attitude always puts a smile on the patron’s face, and his hard work ethic keeps our pool looking amazing.”

Kirsten Snead is a senior and works at Shoppers Value in Kenbridge. Her plans are to attend college in the fall and major in Art. Kirsten’s favorite things about working at Shoppers Value are the people and how well they all work together as a team.
