Richard Alan Stearnes had his cases continued to April 23, according to the Lunenburg Commonwealth’s Attorney Office. Stearnes is charged with felonies of rape and object sex penetration by force.

Stearnes, whose address is listed as Green Bay, was arrested on June 18 for rape and object sex penetration by force following an offense date filed as June 14, according to court records.

According to Lunenburg General District Court records, Stearnes has a series of charges spanning 2011 to 2017 that include assault, abduction by force/intimidation, disorderly conduct and speeding.
