Austin Ray Daniels

Austin Ray Daniels, 20, of Victoria, Va. tragically passed away on Thursday, April 11, 2019 alongside of his buddy Hunter McCraw, who was also his sisters boyfriend. Austin was a 2017 graduate of Central High School.

He was an avid hunter and fisherman. He loved the outdoors, loved to sing with friends and family, and he always kept the biggest smile. Austin never met a stranger and was always more than willing to help anyone that needed him. Austin enjoyed modifying his truck, making it as LOUD as possible. He was his dad’s best friend, mom’s pride and joy and his sisters protector. Austin was predeceased by his maternal grandfather, Ray Glover and paternal grandparents, Donald and Jewel Dare Daniels. Austin is survived by his parents, Donald “Duck” Daniels and Tina Glover Daniels of Victoria; his sisters, Courtney Jewel Daniels and Layla and Makinley Blalock, all of the home, and Brittani Hodges of Dundas, Va.; his brother, Mason Daniels of Victoria; grandparents, Robert and Nellie Campbell of Chase City; adoptive grandparents, Renee and Ricky Mills of Victoria and Mac Hazlewood of Kenbridge; numerous uncles, aunts, cousins, friends and his girlfriend, Caroline Cumbea of Victoria.

Memorial services will be held Thursday, April 18, at 3 p.m. at Rocky Branch Farms, 1183 Rocky Branch Drive, Skipwith, Va. SPECIAL REQUEST – Come as you are, no dressing up required. Jeans, boots, camouflage and drive your BIG LOUD TRUCK if you have it, if you don’t, please come anyway and celebrate our son’s life with us. Please think of any stories you would like to share.
