Central High School’s varsity baseball, softball and soccer team entered this week set to begin play in their respective Region 1B tournaments. All three Charger teams were scheduled to play Tuesday at 6 p.m. Junior Austin Hall, pictured on top below, and the rest of the No. 3 Central baseball team was set to host No. 6 Rappahannock County High School. A win would put the team back in action Thursday at 6 p.m. Senior Samantha Bishop, pictured in middle below, and the rest of the No. 3 Central softball team was set to host No. 6 Cumberland County High School. A win would put the team back in action 6 p.m. Thursday at No. 2 Riverheads High School. Senior Sam Watson, No. 22 pictured on bottom below, and the rest of the No. 5 Central soccer team was set to visit No. 4 Altavista High School. A win would put the team back in action Thursday.
