The Victoria and Kenbridge 187 Social Club will have a Sweetheart Ball on Saturday at 9 p.m. at the People’s Community Center, located at 1021 Tidewater Ave. in Victoria. The dress will be semi-formal with entertainment by D.J. Wav.
