Rites held for Jamal J. Williams

Jamal J. Williams entered eternal rest on March 17, 2016 in Kenbridge, Virginia. Jamal was the son of Vanessa Woods and Al M. Williams. Was born July 10, 1996. He is preceded in death by his grandparents James and Edna Williams.
He received his education in the Lunenburg County schools. He furthered his education at the ECPI Institute.
He was always loved and respected by everyone in the community. He loved spending time with family and friends. Jamal will always be remembered and never forgotten by his family and friends.
He leaves to cherish his memory a loving mother and father Vanessa and Al, two sisters, Trinity and Kana’ Williams of Kenbridge, VA.; two brothers, Trent Williams Kenbridge, VA., DeAngelo Woods, Brunswick County, VA.; grandmother, Magdeline Woods of Victoria, VA.; three aunts, Leslie Woods and Regina Jones of Lunenburg, VA, Theresa Williams of Kenbridge, VA. and a host of loving great-aunts and a devoted loving friend, Tawanna “Toot” Jennings of Lunenburg, VA.
Interment was held at Falls Road Cemetery. Jamal’s service was held on Wednesday, March 23 at 2 p.m. at the People’s Community Center. Rev. Yvonne W. Bridgeforth was the eulogist.
