Most cattle prices climb in latest state report

Virginia Market News Service reported the following weekly ag trends on February 9: In Virginia, state graded feeder cattle mostly steady to 18.00 higher. Feeder cattle prices at regular auction sales mostly 11.00 to 22.00 higher. Slaughter cattle prices uneven, ranging 5.00 lower to 5.00 higher. Wheat new crop .17 lower. Corn mostly .10 to .19 lower, new crop .07 lower. Soybeans mostly .09 lower, new crop .13 lower.
