INFORMATIONAL SESSION, 6 p.m. Lunenburg County Public Schools on its Corrective Action Plan with the Virginia Department of Education in Room 104 at Central High School. A budget hearing will be held following the session at 6:30 p.m. The public will have the opportunity to speak to the school board regrding budget concerns or requests for 2017-18.

BRUNSWICK STEW, 1 p.m. sponsored by Friendship Baptist Church Missionary Ministry of Kenbridge. First Cousins Feggans Brunswick Stew Masters, of Warfield, which won first place at Victoria’s 100th anniversary stew cook off, will cook the stew. Stew is $7 per quart. SPRING REVIVAL, 7 p.m. nightly, at the Starlight Baptist Church. On Tuesday night, the Rev. David Banks will speak and Shiloh Baptist Church will offer music. On Wednesday, the Rev. Jimmy Walker will speak and Center Star Baptist Church will provide music. On Thursday night, the Rev. Damion Batts will speak and Mt. Nebo Baptist will provide music. Everyone is welcome.

WOMEN’S, MEN’S DAY PROGRAM, 3 p.m. at Mt. Mitchell Baptist Church, Fort Mitchell, presenting “The Old Ship of Zion” sponsored by Mt. Mitchell Missionaries. Area churches will participate. Refreshments will be served from 1:30-2:30 p.m. Everyone is welcome.
