Central High School graduate Regina Glasgow has been named the 2017-18 Teacher of the Year at Fairlawn Elementary School in Norfolk. She has been a member of the school for 14 years with a total of 20 years in education. According to a press release, her positive attitude and love of children are reflected in the outstanding quality of her instruction that she has maintained in Norfolk Public Schools. “Her flexibility in working with students, teachers and the public, has earned her an enviable reputation as an excellent teacher who truly cares about people.” Regina is the daughter of Helen Harding and Edward Glasgow Jr. She is a 1989 graduate of Central High School.
