Twin Lakes State Park will hold Fishing 101 at 1 p.m. on Saturday at the park’s interpretive circle.
The program is made for the first timer and the experienced angler alike.
Join park staff to learn about knots and tackle, and then get a chance to throw some lines in the water. Bait will be provided, and some rods are available for use.
The event is suitable for all ages, so bring the whole family and try your luck on the lake.
A freshwater fishing license is required for participants age 16 and up. Licenses may be purchased at the park office.
