‘Lunenburg’s Got Talent’ is April 2

Plans are underway for “Lunenburg’s Got Talent,” set for April 2 at 2 p.m. at Central High School in Victoria. The event is sponsored by the Lunenburg Chamber of Commerce and Benchmark Community Bank.
Lunenburg residents from first-12th grades are invited to audition for the show. “Thirty-four have signed up and will audition at the Kenbridge Community Center Auditorium on Feb. 18. Four from each age group will be chosen to perform, for a total of 12 performers on the day of the show,” school officials said in a press release.
Tickets will go on sale in March and be available at the Lunenburg County School Board Office, Mildred’s Meals, Smith’s Pharmacy and Victoria Drug. Ticket price in advance of the show is $6, with children 5-12 at half price and children under five free.
