Diane Langston recently discussed DNA testing with members of the Lunenburg County Historical Society. Langston, who lives in Chesterfield County and is administrator of a DNA test group, has been interested in genealogy since she was in high school, according to a press release. “She provided members and guests with excellent information on DNA testing for genealogical purposes via her PowerPoint presentation and in handouts that she distributed. Pictured with Langston is Historical Society President Steve Israel. All meetings of the society are open to the public. We commend the society for preserving the past of our community, allowing future generations to learn about what a great place Lunenburg has been to live, work and play.
