Fifteen members of the Central High School (CHS) Ruri-Teen club helped serve dinner to the Dundas Ruritan Club members at their monthly meeting Nov. 7.

According to English teacher Amber Davis, CHS Ruri-Teen members provided the beverages and desserts for the meal. The main course and side dishes were either donated or purchased with club funds, Davis said.

“This was a fundraising opportunity for the high school club, as they were paid for each plate served, and it was a way for them to interact with members of the sponsoring club and to observe how the meeting was run,” Davis said regarding the event.
