Joyce Leigh Smith, 69, of Greensboro, N.C. and formerly Victoria, Va., joined her parents, Billy S. Smith, Sr. and Marion Glasscock Smith, in Heaven on November 18, 2019.
She is survived by her sister, Janet S. Stone (Greg) of Cary, NC and her brother Billy S. Smith, Jr. (Debbie) of Victoria; nieces, nephews and extended family.
Memorial services were held Saturday, November 23, at 2 p.m. in the Lakeview Cemetery, Victoria. In lieu of flowers, please consider memorial donations to your local SPCA or your favorite charity. Online condolences may be made at www.staplesfh.com
