On March 11, 2020, the World Health Organization declared COVID-19 a pandemic. Along with most other events, the quarterly Lunenburg County Community Concert series, which began in 2017 and featured talented performers with ties to Lunenburg County, came to a grinding halt as the winter concert scheduled for March 20, 2020 was canceled. 

Now flash forward a few years. Coming up on May 3, the concert series will begin again with the same lineup that was scheduled for March 2020 — an evening of gospel and bluegrass music. 

The show will begin on Friday, May 3 at 7 p.m. Pre-concert piano music, provided by Stacy Sharpe Branch, will begin at 6:40 PM for the enjoyment of those who arrive early.
