Four Victoria-based employees with the South Hill and Victoria locations of Parker Oil and Company Inc. traveled to Texas and Florida to refuel generators following hurricanes Harvey and Irma. One truck from the South Hill location, called a tank wagon, was issued to both Texas and Florida to aid in relief efforts, according to Parker Oil representatives.
