The Kenbridge Fire Department’s open house at the fire station in Kenbridge in observance of Fire Prevention Week continued to be a big draw as approximately 250 people came through Sunday during the noon-3 p.m. event. Chief Richard “Dicky” Harris estimated the open house has been held for probably 25 years and that attendance Sunday was on par with previous years.
