The Victoria Yard of the Month for Sept. 2017 is located at 701 W. Mecklenburg Ave. and is the home of Lefon Stokes. According to a press release, this yard is always very neat and clean.  “Ms. Stokes has a beautiful flower garden on the left side of her home that is centered around a birdbath,” officials said in the release. “The front of the house had lovely blooms in September. When you ride down Mecklenburg Avenue, be sure to drive slow and see this yard as you go by.”
