A public hearing April 17 in the Town of Kenbridge will receive public comments about a new town code for the Town of Kenbridge, one that will also be available online.

A public notice from the town cited that the hearing will take place at 6:45 p.m. at the town office, located at the Kenbridge Community Center.

“The code, entitled ‘Code of the Town of Kenbridge, Virginia,’ is in the Town Office and is open for review during normal business hours,” the notice cited.

Town Manager Robyn Fowler said Thursday that upon the approval of the town code, that the code will be available online.

“The Town Codes will be available online after they are adopted,” Fowler said. “They are being revised/updated and will be voted on as a whole.”
