Over the last month, you may have noticed a new feature on the Opinion page that continues to make its appearance — the “Pic Me Up” photo.

Not only is this a way for the paper to bring life to our opinion page, but it is a way for community members to showcase what they think are great examples to the local area.

Take today’s “Pic Me Up,” for example: The Lunenburg Rotary Club was awarded the EREY banner.

That is an accomplishment that highlights the club, but also the community.

Rotarians have worked hard to make their club better and we are happy to show off their accomplishments.
