Freshman guard/forward Shanitiana Hughes-Moore, pictured above, and the rest of Central High School’s junior varsity girls basketball team recently won its first games this season. The Lady Chargers topped host William Campbell High School 38-14 on Jan. 23 and also defeated the Lady Generals 23-18 at home Monday.
