In honor of Black History Month and Dr. Charles Drew, who developed ways to process and store blood plasma in “ blood banks,” Heritage Hall in Blackstone, located at the corner of 6th and Main Streets, will host a blood drive on Monday, Feb. 1 from 1-6 p.m. The Virginia Blood Services Blood Mobile Team will be on-site ready to take your much- needed donation.
