Kavs struggling but competitive

Kenston Forest School’s varsity boys basketball team started the 2019-20 season strong and added a couple wins shortly after the start of the new year, but the Kavaliers’ road has been difficult as of late.
Last week, Kenston Forest went 0-4, concluding with a 78-60 loss to visiting Banner Christian School Friday, Feb. 14.
The Kavs’ heart was on clear display Wednesday, Feb. 12. Despite losing 56-50 to visiting Blessed Sacrament Huguenot Catholic School, Kenston Forest fought to the end.
Visiting Brunswick Academy defeated the Kavaliers 83-56 Tuesday, Feb. 11, and host Amelia Academy topped the Kavs 86-52 Monday, Feb. 10.
Kenston Forest was set to visit Richmond Christian School Tuesday, Feb. 18, in the first round of the Virginia Colonial Conference Tournament.
