The Virginia Cooperative Extension Lunenburg Office is adding an agent to their Lunenburg office. The group announced this month that Spencer Irby will be joining the staff, with a meet and greet set up for the community to get to know him. That will take place on Dec. 4, from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the Cooperative Extension office in Kenbridge, located at 511 East 5th Avenue, Room 311.
The Virginia Cooperative Extension is a partnership of Virginia Tech, Virginia State University, the U.S. Department of Agriculture, and local governments. Its programs and employment are open to all, regardless of age, color, disability, gender, gender identity, gender expression, national origin, political affiliation, race, religion, sexual orientation, genetic information, military status, or any other basis protected by law.
