This morning, I conversed with Jesus, earnestly seeking wisdom and knowledge. In my quest, I discovered this powerful verse: “O the depth of the riches both of the wisdom and knowledge of God! How unsearchable are His judgments and His ways past finding out!” That comes from Romans 11:33 KJV, which reminded me of the profound resources available through faith.
I reflected on my faith and wondered if it was strong enough to command guidance and protection during these trying times. We must ask for the equipment needed to navigate the challenges before us. We often feel distant from Your presence, yet we hold fast to Your promises, knowing that You are always with us, ready to hear our midnight cries. During these moments, we rely on Your immense mercy to cover us.
As we read the news and absorb what the media presents, it’s easy to succumb to worry. Yet, we cling to the assurance that Jesus has promised to stand by us. The pressures of the world can weigh heavily on us; we hear alarming reports of suicide, murder, and robbery.
Undoubtedly, these issues will escalate if society continues to drift away from faith in Jesus. Our leaders often seem oblivious to the urgency of faith, acting as though the return of Jesus is a distant thought. But we must ask ourselves: Who among us will truly be prepared? As children of God and members of the global community, I pray that we rid the hindrances that do not please Him.
Remember the words of Jesus: “If you want wisdom, ask for it” (James 1:5-8). Let us take this to heart, embracing the strength and clarity of reaching out to Him in trust and faith. Together, we can foster a renewed hope and commitment to living in alignment with His will.
Be Blessed In Jesus’ Name.
“Let the words of my mouth, and the meditation of my heart be acceptable in Thy sight, O LORD, my strength, and my redeemer.” Psalm 19:14.
