Colette Thomas received her master’s degree in social work from California State University on Sunday May 21, 2017. Colette graduated a valedictorian from the Class of 2007 at Central High School Victoria. She is the daughter of Collin Thomas of Kenbridge, and the late Carmen Thomas, of Germany, and the sister of Cyrus Thomas, of Germany.
