The Town of Victoria held its inaugural Trunk or Treat on Tuesday. Children in costumes had a chance to celebrate the event at the Victoria Railroad Park. Thrifts Chapel United Methodist Church (UMC) was one of many participants in the event. Madison Powell, left, hands out candy to Taylor Smith and Corey Crute, right.
