Bree Rimel was awarded the winner of the Friends of the Victoria Public Library’s (FOVPL) T-shirt design contest during the group’s meeting Thursday. Bree, a student at Victoria Elementary School, received a certificate, $100 and a T-shirt with her design on it. “The contest was open to all Lunenburg public, private, and homeschooled students,” FOVPL member Trudy Berry said in a statement. “Selecting the winner was a difficult decision, and Friends thank all students who participated.
