On Monday, May 13, Fuqua School hosted a schoolwide event where faculty, staff and students all wore pink to support PK3 student, Andi Otey as she began her first treatment of chemotherapy. Pink is Andi’s favorite color. Previously, Andi underwent surgery for the removal of one kidney and a Wilms tumor that had also grown on her kidney. Andi’s recovery will include chemotherapy throughout the summer. Thoughts are with the Otey family during this time.
