Three people from Lunenburg worked with Governor Mike Pence to help make the Vice Presidential Debate in Farmville a national success. Pictured above is Governor Pence in the center, to his left is Tim Hatley of Chase City, 5th to his left is Mike Hankins of Kenbridge, and last on the left is Gus Villalobos of Victoria. Hatley and Villalobos worked with the media in the Television and News Media area. Hankins worked in the interior area as a resource person for people who attended the event. These three people along with other volunteers helped Longwood University make this event, that was covered by both national and international news media, a very successful event.
