Virginia State Police investigators are still looking into the cause of a suspicious house fire that occurred at 11792 Courthouse Road on Jan. 26.

Volunteer firefighters from Victoria, Kenbridge, Meherrin, Keysville and Chase City responded to the fire that took several hours for crews to get under control.

State Police spokeswoman Corinne Geller said investigations are ongoing with no new information available.
