The fourth-grade class and their teacher, Cheryl Freeman, along with the Student Council Organization and class officers of Brunswick Academy, invited Kenston Forest School to join them in their effort to help the communities of Texas affected by Hurricane Harvey. The Kavaliers partnered with the Vikings in a “#rivalsreachingout” relief effort.

The fourth-grade classes took the lead in this effort.

Each fourth-grade student reached out to four people to collect money and bottled water. The Kenston Forest School Student Government Association donated $1,000 to the cause.
