The Victoria Yard of the month for August is located at 1018 Tidewater Ave., and belongs to Willie and Jessie Edwards. This yard has been consistently neat, well-maintained and colorful the entire summer with lush blooms even in harsh August heat. The Edwards do a great job on the upkeep of the yard. Honorable mention goes to Irvin and Brenda Hagaman at 1518 9th St. This yard is worth taking a closer look when you are in the neighborhood.
